Deep Tissue Massage - Similar to Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage uses more intense pressure to break scar tissue and release trigger points.  This massage is ideal for seasoned athletes and weekend warriors.

Pregnancy Massage - Designed for the expectant mother, this massage uses pillows to position the woman comfortably.  Each session is catered to the needs of the mother and her baby.

Reflexology - This ancient art uses pressure points on the hands and feet to promote balance and healing in corresponding parts of the body.  In addition to being very relaxing, Reflexology is often used to complement treatments for many chronic issues.

Hot Stone Massage - Warm basalt stones are glided across areas of tension, in conjunction with regular Swedish Massage techniques, making this a wonderfully relaxing treatment!  This is perfect for the chilly days of winter, or any time!

AMMA Therapy®  - Administered without the use of oils or lotions, AMMA Therapy® combines deep tissue manipulation with pressure, friction, and touch to specific points along the energy channels of the body.  This treatment is very effective for improving various medical conditions in conjunction with Western medical treatments.  It is also particularly useful for treating common aliments such as sinusitis and headaches.
